We are seeking a Community Engagement Officer to join the Office of the Executive Dean, Faculty of Health.
The Community Engagement Officer is responsible for the implementation of a range of engagement activities for the Faculty of Health. The Community Engagement Officer will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the Faculty's engagement activities are successfully implemented. These activities will engage various alumni, philanthropic donors, members of the general public, as well as academic colleagues.

What you need to succeed
Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in conjunction with subsequent relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing engagement activities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team to deliver a high standard of client service. Proven planning and organisational skills, with experience in establishing own priorities and working within tight and competing deadlines. High level interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and an understanding of relationship management and engagement. High level written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely across a variety of mediums with attention to detail. Life at QUT
