CAs maintain smooth operations by providing administrative support and execution of duties to the highest standards.JLL is currently reshaping our workplace property service delivery, and this role plays a key part in supporting the operational team on the account to deliver services that provide leading-edge facilities and workplace services that align with JLL's "The Future of Work" methodology.An Overview of the role: Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for employees and their guests.Respond to clients' enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to visitor management, room bookings, and event support.Handle internal and external calls and correspondence.Support the delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement, and community at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride.Build and strengthen relationships with staff and clients, exhibiting our premium service.Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.Ensure regulatory compliance in managing visitor access through clients' Visitor Management Systems (VMS).Assist and educate clients to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings.Sounds like you?
