Duty Statement Classification: Parliamentary Service Level 5 Section: Client Relations & Publishing Immediate supervisor: Director, Client Relations and Publishing Under limited/general direction undertake duties in accordance with the agreed standards for the Parliamentary Service Level 5 classification. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Under the guidance of the Director of Client Relations and Publishing, create and distribute engaging online communications via email, through social media and other online channels including the Australian Parliament House website and parliamentary intranets. 2. Assist in the maintenance, monitoring and development of the Library's intranet and website by: a. supporting publishers by loading and maintaining web content and b. responding to web enquiries. 3. Liaise with clients, internal staff and external agencies to develop and deliver user focussed and accessible web-based information products, services and instructional material. 4. Evaluate and contribute to the Library's communications strategy to achieve high levels of client engagement. 5. Contribute to corporate activities, including by providing support to the Office of the Parliamentary Librarian.
