Job Description Your new role:
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting CSC's product development, distribution, and growth.
This role is pivotal in delivering initiatives that support CSC's strategic agenda of acquisition and customer retention.
Your success will be underpinned by your ability to:
Drive initiatives to promote and enhance CSC's DC superannuation and investment offerings Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty, satisfaction and retention Utilise technical expertise in superannuation and investments to deliver outcomes for customers across pre-retirement, retirement, and accumulation phases Analyse customer data to inform strategic decisions and initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with CSC's growth and education objectives Address regulatory changes and drive engagement initiatives for customers and partners Desired Skills and Experience What you need to excel:
RG146 required Possess or in the process of obtaining a relevant tertiary qualification, desired Minimum 7 years financial industry related experience preferably in superannuation in a product, product development or project management role Strong understanding of superannuation products and services and the key issues that affect the superannuation and investment platforms industry, including the regulatory environment Proven experience in business development, relationship management and sales within the superannuation and investment sectors Passion for developing new products that meet customer needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and engage with stakeholders Proven track record of successfully launching innovative financial products Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders Proactive nature and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Familiarity with regulatory requirements and the ability to adapt to changes effectively Previous experience rolling PDSs and managing risk and compliance items desirable but not essential CSC's Core Competencies reflect the key sets of skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours required to perform your role effectively.
