Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Our client is a boutique full-service law firm on the Gold Coast with the opportunity for a solicitor to join their well-established commercial litigation practice. You will be trained and mentored to grow your career in litigation under award-winning lawyers in this space. The firm also has lawyers at different levels within the team enabling you to have access to peers on matters but also more senior lawyers such as Senior Associates and Partners. The role In this role, you will work in the commercial litigation space on matters involving: Building and construction disputes Property disputes IP Litigation Defamation About you You will be a commercial litigation lawyer with strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work well in teams. At least 1yrs PAE is required for the role.
