Due to new clients and new instructions, they are looking to recruit an insolvency & commercial litigation lawyer with at least 2 years post admission experience. The work will be a flavour of commercial disputes and some insolvency litigation. You will work closely with the senior lawyers at the firm, working in a collaborative team as well as having independence. A flavour of the work will include: advising on bankruptcies working on insolvencies, administrations, liquidations, receiverships advising on directors obligations and personal insolvencies winding up applications restructures and workouts preference claims advising on insolvent trading claims Join a firm where you can accelerate your learning by working with leaders in their field. About You The ideal candidate will: Have at least 2 years pae in the area of commercial litigation; advantageous would be experience in insolvency litigation (but not essential) Have strong drafting and litigation skills Have commercial nous Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Have the ability to work in a committed and high performing team Have excellent organisation skills and manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Be enthusiastic, willing to learn and takes pride in their work.
