WHO WE NEED We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Area Manager to join our team and manage a Commercial and Aged Care Cleaning portfolio across The Hills District of Sydney. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-daycleaning operations of aged care and independent living facilities within The Hills District of Sydney, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervisea high performing team through solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Managing the service delivery and performance of daily cleaning operations across a portfolio of commercial and aged care sites. Provide strong leadership, training and support to your teams so they are empowered to do their best. Build and maintain effective and lasting client relationships. Be client focused ensuring residents can enjoy a high level of cleanliness and excellent customer service. Driving adherence to performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP's, policies and service expectations. Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements. Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment. Provide regular reporting and operational analytics. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites is essential. Previous commercial cleaning experience in an aged care environment preferred. A valid driving licence. Current Police Check. To have received 2 Covid-19 vaccinations and a current influenza vaccination. Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team. Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment and processes, chemical handling, and WHS requirements. Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential. Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.
