Lead our team of compassionate telehealth medicinal cannabis staff across Australia!We are a national provider of medicinal cannabis consulting services. Using a well-established telehealth model we focus on helping patients with chronic conditions who may benefit from medicinal cannabis with one purpose in mind, to help improve patients quality of life. Our national network of medical practitioners diagnose and prescribe according to federal and state regulations.Who are we looking for?Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this key leadership role will have responsibility for overseeing and implementing the daily operations strategy of our medical organization and its various departments.The successful applicant will be an integral part of the management team and will be responsible for day-to-day operations for all client services while contributing to the organization's future planning.We are looking for an individual who will complement our already great team and will bring energy and fresh ideas to the organization.Your responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of various departments: human relations, marketing, finance (financial management), IT, etc.Foster collaboration between departments, staff leadership, and other services to support improvements in patient outcomesManage workforce decisions and resource allocation for the organizationDevelop strategic plans to improve quality of care, generate revenue, and accomplish organizational objectivesSupport departments in maintaining regulatory compliance (compliance and risk management)Analyze budgets and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savingsTechnology leadership- Developing and implementing the clinics overall technology strategy and roadmapProcess improvement and optimization- Analyzing existing clinic processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementIT Governance and oversight- Defining IT policies, standards, and best practices for the clinicExecutive leadership- Setting organizational vision and goalsThe ideal application will have:Proven experience in a leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years in the clinic/telehealth clinic sector highly regarded as well as relevant tertiary qualifications in health management, business administration, or a related fieldAn understanding of the opportunities and challenges in the current and future telehealth environmentsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiencesPrecision-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all operational activities along with an action-orientated strategic mindset and planning skills with demonstrated ability to adapt when neededAptitude to effectively manage financials (ensuring efficient use of resources), budgets (adherence to financial targets), and compliance requirements. Strong commercial acumen with an inherent competitive nature for improvementA collaborative and responsive approach to leadership, and the ability to successfully lead teams and drive results.
