We're looking for someone who is passionate and personable in their approach to building strong collaborative relationships and are detail orientated when working to deliver a high standard of service.You need to have an interest in retail and be passionate about the data. You will be responsible for providing regular reporting and data analysis, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the program, and maintenance of key sales tools, to ensure our field team has the right information to drive performance.ResponsibilitiesLeadday-to-day operations and monitor progress of all live programs tosupport the delivery of strategic program objectivesProduce reports that will identify key opportunities and track team performance in accordance with client requirements and program agreementsProgram administrative tasks including data maintenance and program analysisDevelop relationships, manage/set expectations of – Field Team, Internal stakeholders and ClientAs required ad hoc work to support the teamThe CandidateWe are looking for a confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment.
