Client Relations Consultant, Transport And Main Roads

Some of your responsibilities will include:• Work in an inbound customer Contact Centre environment, representing the Department of Transport and Main Roads as a first point of contact for enquiries about vehicle and vessel registration and licensing products and services, booking of vehicle inspection and driving assessments; delivered through voice and messaging channels.• In a Contact Centre environment provide prompt, competent, consistent, and courteous telephone, email, and messaging information services to customers in accordance with the Centre's Quality Standards.• Ensure a high standard of data entry pertinent to vehicle and vessel registration and licensing systems, driver assessment and vehicle inspection bookings including heavy vehicles, passenger transport, modifications and defective vehicles (as issued by QPS and TMR);• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, practices and procedures relating to human resources, finance, and information technologyApplications will remain current for 12 months.
