We are looking for an adaptable and proactive team facilitator for a diverse role that combines hands-on client support in the community with office-based responsibilities.
As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll work across various locations, directly supporting individuals to live independently and guiding a dedicated team to make a meaningful impact.
You'll act as the primary communicator between the people we support and the management team, ensuring high-quality services that align with client goals.In addition to fieldwork, you'll contribute from the office by handling essential administrative tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and upholding our quality standards.
This role offers exposure to all aspects of Client Services, from direct support to stakeholder engagement and helping the management team deliver impactful outcomes.
