The Client Director will be a key point of contact for our clients and develop strong communication recommendations across all channels, paid, owned, and earned. This role will drive and lead successful client relationships and results-driven teams, bringing together the right people to deliver high-quality outputs for clients, end-to-end.
Role Requirements:
Proven capability in managing others and highly collaborative
Passion for media and marketing
Up-to-date knowledge of the media landscape (confidently able to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends and forecast challenges/opportunities for clients)
Excellent communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with patience to examine detail and create solutions
Results-driven, passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what's working and why
Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months:
Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports
A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core client processes, and our way of working
Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns
In 6 months:
Demonstrated ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way
Strengthened key stakeholder relationships to deliver great teamwork consistently
In 12 months:
Taking on greater ownership of the role – responsibility and volume
Building strong relationships with clients, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately, and ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the highest quality
