They have gone from start-up to 25+ staff and over 400 members and are continuing their growth at a rapid rate.
More of a tech start-up than property, they offer end-to-end advice and mentorship to property investors in house & land developments.
DutiesWorking alongside their Client Success Manager, your role will be focused on supporting clients through the construction phase of their purchase. Tasks will include:
Liaising with builders, Mortgage Brokers, and purchasers to assist clients prepare for constructionKeeping clients advised of the builders' progress and estimated completion timeframesSupporting clients with finding Property Managers and signing relevant Agency AgreementsCoordinating pre-settlement inspections and support through handover & defect stageSpecific RequirementsPrior experience in a similar client care role with either a property investment company, House and Land sales team, or Builder is imperativeStrong administration skills with a proven ability to maintain a high attention to detail when faced with pressureA can-do, positive attitude and pride in building good rapport with clientsProven ability to think outside the box and show initiativeSome flexibility in working hours due to the nature of the industry - but generally no requirements to work on the weekend or late in the eveningBenefits100% WFHGenerous salary and staff benefitsDriven and hungry team that have an infectious energyLearn how to be a multi-millionaire property investor while you work!Laptop and phone providedTo be considered for this role, please press the APPLY button and I'll come back to you ASAP.
