What it takes: Strong work ethics and hands-on involvement with your teamWorking experience as a sub-contractor for other companiesAn understanding of OH&S, Quality Management, and Environmental Management systemsA Public Liability, Work Cover, Labour Hire Licence insuranceCurrent Working with Children Checks and National Police Checks of all team membersProven track record of employing people as per the Australian National Employment StandardsPassionate, enthusiastic, and high-quality team members who take pride in their workExcellent communication skills and the desire to growWhat we are looking for: Professional attitude and consultative commitment approach to issues, tasks, and ideasStrong decision-making skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on service deliveryEmphasizing a commitment to excellence in both processes and resultsThe ability to foster trust and transparency through strong, honest relationships with clientsAlways approachable, utilizing strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate a passion for the industry and take pride in your responsibilities within the businessKindly provide your business profile along with an overview of your experience in the industry.
