About the role Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers? We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.Key responsibilitiesWorking through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains.Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark – whatever the weather.About you and your skillsWorking both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group settingA commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceA keen eye for detail and cleanlinessA passion for working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practicesThe ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethicTo be active and physically fit, you'll be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgsAvailability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per weekWhat's in it for you?Shift variety: We offer a variety of shift times to accommodate your schedule.Comprehensive training: We believe in continuous learning and will provide you comprehensive paid training in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.Uniform provided: No need to worry about what to wear.
