Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full-time & Part Time Cleaner who can commit to the AM/PM rotation roster to join our professional team within the Qantas Lounges by Accor at the Sydney International Airport. Reporting to the Duty Managers, you will be responsible for keeping the Lounge neat and tidy.Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following: Clean all public areas and back-of-house areas Clean and maintain locker rooms, staff and public washrooms, toilets and showers.Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocatedUse and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in the procedures manualEnsure all department equipment is maintained to a high standardUnderstand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer's instructionsQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role would be ideal Preferred experience within the hospitality or hotel industryUnderstanding of food safety requirements.Ability to work under pressureMUST have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekendsAdditional InformationEmployee Benefits for your hard work! Work with two iconic businesses and experience the buzz of the airport and the Lounges.Excellent working conditions & fantastic career opportunities Hotel discounts worldwide and exclusive travel benefits Access to staff duty-free store You will be engaged to work under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009] Note: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Federal Police check at their own cost (Will be reimbursed once approved) in order to gain ASIC certification
