The purpose of this roleis to supports the national claims team. This role will:
Servicing our clients and brokers to ensure the smooth process of their claim lodgements
Interpreting policy wordings an reviewing individual circumstances
Being proactive and ensuring stakeholders are advised of their claims status
Reporting and providing claims statistics to key stakeholders when required
General administration as required

Previous experience working within a customer service delivery role particularly in Insurance or Financial Services advantageous
The ability to build strong relationships
Exposure to general insurance or claims processing very desirable
An aptitude to solve problems and sound decision making capabilities
