The Claims Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of claims – setting expectations and providing advice to clients to deliver consistently positive outcomes within appropriate timeframes.
The incumbent will also develop and maintain successful relationships with clients, brokers, loss adjusters, and insurers and will also provide accurate technical advice to clients and brokers.
