Your Role We've got great full-time permanent opportunities for claims consultants to join our Swann Insurance claims team.
You'll be assisting our motorcycle customers after an accident and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of their claims including, but not limited to, Total Loss and Recoveries & Settlements.
Taking inbound calls from customers, you'll assess information to lodge the claim and work with repairers to ensure work is carried out in a timely manner.
In return, you'll be part of a small niche team, who aren't afraid of having some banter while working closely to support each other and achieve team goals.
Your IAG journey commences on 17 Feb 2025 with a comprehensive 6–8-week induction (fully paid).
After training and when deemed competent, employees can enjoy the benefits of working from home, with the current requirement of being in the office once a week, with some ad hoc days as required.
You will work Monday to Friday with some public holidays, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The roles are open to candidates in Naarm (Melbourne).
