About The Company This terrific WA civil contracting business is growing and has considerable metro-based work in hand particularly in the commercial land development and residential subdivision sectors. Their specialist areas of expertise includes the construction of earthworks, drainage, civils, underground utilities and road construction projects. They are now looking to add a high-calibre CIVIL SUPERVISOR to their team for purely Perth metro projects. About The Role This is a permanent CIVIL SUPERVISOR position where you will be working 5 days/week Monday to Friday and typically 7.00am to 4.30pm/5.00pm daily. Initially you will be working on a residential subdivision either in Yanchep/Alkimos/Two Rocks or southern suburbs around Harrisdale/Forrestdale areas, pending your home location. The CIVIL SUPERVISOR 's responsibilities will involve planning, coordinating and allocating resources (plant, equipment & personnel) and overseeing the daily construction activity on site. You will ensure your crews adhere to the site OH&S management plan to drive an injury free safety culture and ensure quality assurance standards are achieved. As the successful CIVIL SUPERVISOR you will be offered a superb base salary of CIRCA $150-160K + super (pending experience) plus vehicle , with an IMMEDIATE START available! Skills, Qualifications And Other Requirements 5+ years' CIVIL SUPERVISOR experience on West Australian civil sector including earthworks, drainage, utilities and road construction while employed by Civil Contractors Proven success as a CIVIL SUPERVISOR managing construction teams and effective utilization of plant and equipment to achieve project milestones on land development or subdivision scopes of work Excellent safety record on your past projects Excellent all-round communication skills to liaise with client contacts, lead teams successfully, and motivate subcontractors Currently residing in Perth for logistical reasons, with existing rights to live and work in Australia Current WA C Class driver's licence Benefits Superb Salary $150-160K Base + Super & Vehicle Perth based, No FIFO Required!
