The position ensures high quality education and care programs are delivered for children and families engaged in the service. The Centre Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre providing early childhood knowledge, expertise and support to management, staff and families in accordance with the National Quality Framework, National Education and Care Regulations and the National Law.The Centre Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining an Aboriginal cultural mentoring team that supports staff and children at the centre.
