Compass Group is recruiting Casual Chefs to work across several sites in Canberra.
With a variety of shifts on offer working in our casual pool, we have flexible shift options available to suit.
THE POSITION: Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements Able to work across all stations/areas of the kitchen Adhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards, ensuring wastage is kept to a minimum THE PERSON: Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Background in fine dining/events and functions and an eye for detail Great energy and professional presentation The willingness to work across various sectors and locations (i.e.
Education, Venues, Corporate, etc.)
