This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West, WA. Duties include: Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety practices, in line with HACCP guidelines, procedures and documentation Production of high-quality, nutritious, and well-presented meals Continuous menu design and implementation Maintain food production equipment Assist Head Chef and other departments, if required About You To join our team, you will be a qualified Chef with demonstrated experience and innovation in mass catering environments. You will possess strong knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards, with cultural dietary requirements being an advantage. Additionally, a commitment to the safety of yourself and others, and a passion to provide quality product, and service with a smile, at all times.
