Are you ready to lead a transformative journey in a major digital program?
We're seeking a Change and Communications Manager to spearhead change and communication strategies for a complex, high-impact digital transformation initiative.About the RoleIn this role, you'll design and deliver change and communication plans that drive adoption, minimise resistance, and achieve measurable benefits.
Working with a diverse group of stakeholders across a large-scale program, you'll contribute to seamless transitions and impactful communication strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive change and communication strategies and plans.Coordinate and deliver stakeholder engagement activities such as roadshows, webinars, and information sessions.Prepare high quality communication materials, including reports, presentations, and marketing collateral.Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions to mitigate barriers to change.Ensure smooth transitions by fostering stakeholder alignment and user readiness for go-live activities.Essential Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience in organisational change management and communications for large, complex IT programs.Proven ability to lead and coach teams while delivering change and communication activities.Expertise in stakeholder engagement across diverse and geographically dispersed groups.Strong knowledge of modern change management frameworks and communication methodologies.Ability to translate technical details into plain language, tailored to diverse audiences.Desirable Skills and Experience:Tertiary qualifications in communications, change management, or related fields are an advantage.Clearance Requirements:National Police Check (NPC)Working with Children (OCHRE) CardAre you ready to lead transformative change?
