About the role In this role, you will play a key part in supporting change initiatives by working with the Change team, Communications team, and key members in the Integration Management Office (IMO) to deliver on change and training plans.
You will provide delivery support to several projects across all elements of change (process, policy and procedure, technology, and people).
Additionally, you will be responsible for producing high-quality outputs, analysis, and developing relationships and collaborating with colleagues from both Universities.
Core Responsibilities Support Change Initiatives: Conduct impact assessments, assist with change planning, and measure business readiness and delivery milestones.
Training and Communication: Collaborate on training needs analysis, develop training content, and partner with the Communications team to create and measure communications.
Reporting and Analysis: Draft, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and documents; collect and analyse data to provide insights and training reports.
Event Coordination: Manage logistics for workshops, forums, and events, including bookings, equipment setup, and catering.
Collaboration and Culture: Build strong relationships across teams, respond to information requests promptly, and promote a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
Essential Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or extensive equivalent experience.
Experience in a complex environment requiring the development of strong collaborative working relationships.
Developed research and analytical skills and experience in the interpretation of information and of policies and procedures.
High degree of initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to instigate and undertake tasks with minimal supervision and acting as a team-player.
Highly developed computer literacy skills including the capacity to effectively use the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience producing high-quality correspondence and reports, with the ability to provide editing and presentation assistance on a broad range of documentation.
