Send your responses to ****** Required Skills and Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management roles and hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT and ITIL responsibilities; Experience within High Priority Incident Management; Experience using the Defence Service Management System; Proven client relationship management and able to translate technical issues into clear business English; Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures; Practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset management (ITIL V4 practices); Practical knowledge of Incident and Problem management (ITIL V4 practices); Experience effectively leading small teams of technical personnel (i.e. 5 people).
