Centre Coordinator / Receptionist

Centre Coordinator Location : Darwin, NT Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $68,000-$73,000 Plus Super Join an organisation dedicated to supporting the Australian Defence Force (ADF) community impacted by injury and trauma.
As the Centre Coordinator , you will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for clients and visitors at our Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre (VFWC).
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of veterans and their families, while contributing to the success of a respected charity.
Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service and manage all client and visitor interactions.
Oversee appointment scheduling, client records, invoicing (Medicare, DVA), and data management.
Coordinate day-to-day operations, including facilities, IT, supplies, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Facilitate building inductions, safety audits, and system improvements.
What We're Looking For : 2+ years' experience in an Allied Health or Medical Receptionist role.
Certificate III in Health or Business Administration (or similar).
Experience with Medicare, DVA, and Bupa ADF billing.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
A passion for supporting veterans and their families.
