Case Manager – Therapeutic Community Looking for a job that helps people 'choose a better life'?

We are currently seeking full-time case managers and applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced workers who support the purpose and values of our organisation and who have a solid foundation in AOD work with related mental health and multiple other complex needs experience, knowledge and skills.
The role is located within our residential rehabilitation programs working within our Adult and Family Therapeutic Communities alongside a multi-disciplinary team, to provide one-on-one case management and group facilitation with adults engaged in treatment for their alcohol and other drug dependencies.

You will have solid experience in case management and therapeutic interventions including facilitating groups and one-to-one sessions.
You will require a minimum Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs or an equivalent qualification in sought after fields including mental health and children's services; however, significant, on-the-ground experience in working with people with complex needs is required.
Successful applicants may periodically work across our various programs and sites including Justice services, Residential Services (either Adult or Family programs), or Community Services.

We also strongly encourage applications from individuals with broader specialist expertise in supporting clients with complex needs including those who have counselling, mental health, welfare, or social work qualifications and experience.
Experience in working within and/or knowledge of the therapeutic community model is an advantage but not essential.

Karralika Programs Inc. offers above award wages and salary packaging including PBI fringe benefits-free threshold, free parking, and opportunities for professional development.
Individuals with lived experience are eligible to apply but must be in active recovery with more than 2 years separation from service.

Karralika Programs Inc. is committed to reconciliation, and we encourage people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds to apply for these positions.
