We are seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with both relevant regulatory and AAL requirements. The role will be responsible for maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
You'll be responsible for
Manage MAC (motor accident injury claims)
Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
Make key liability decisions
Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong analytical skills
Ability to interpret legislation
