About the role Manage claims for individuals injured in motor accidents in the Northern Territory on behalf of MACC (Motor Accident Compensation Commission) Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants Make key liability decisions Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes About you Ability to interpret legislation Quick learner Team Player Strong analytical skills Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Benefits and perks Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day!
