About the role
We are seeking a skilled Furniture Assembler to join our team at Empire Office Furniture in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the assembly of high-quality office furniture for our clients. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play an integral role in ensuring our products are delivered to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing Carefully and efficiently assemble office furniture components according to instructions Utilise hand and power tools to complete the assembly process Inspect completed furniture pieces to ensure they meet quality standards Liaise with team members to address any issues or concerns during the assembly process Maintain a clean and organised work area to support efficient operations Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture deliveries if required What we're looking for Previous experience in furniture assembly or a similar production role Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions Competent in the use of hand and power tools Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move furniture components A keen eye for quality and a commitment to producing high-standard work What we offer
