You'll hit the ground running and match highly skilled professionals with temporary & permanent opportunities in the procurement space. Your day to day will consist of:Work alongside the consultants to understand job requirementsStrategically sourcing active and passive talentTalent pooling - seek searches, linkedin projects, networking events, industry referralsCandidate management, you'll be the first point of contact for our procurement candidatesWhat do you need to secure this position?Minimum of 12 months of successful experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting in professionals servicesYou are resilient and not afraid to make the first move to engage with peopleStrong team player, but also independent and knows how to think outside the boxYou want to join a company that is committed to make an positive impact into people's lifeSounds like you?
