Overview
One of our Federal Government adjacent clients is looking for Schedulers to join on some of their critical uplift and digital upgrade programs. Currently, the team has been stretched in maintaining schedules at the project and program levels, and with the timelines of new projects being brought in, they are seeking further assistance. These programs are both long-term initiatives and offer almost immediate starts.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens with active Federal Government clearances to be found suitable.
Key Duties Develop and regularly manage a fully developed resource loaded schedule across all project phases. Identify and communicate schedule risks and variances in a timely manner, being proactive in identifying and addressing potential schedule risks in consultation with the project manager. Under direction from the Program Manager, fulfill complex planning, scheduling, and work status tracking across an integrated workforce. Develop and maintain a Program of Work status dashboard to provide Executive and area leads accurate data as to task and resource status. Contribute to Program Management Team's development of recommendations in relation to task acceptance and prioritization. Contribute to strategic planning, through imparting schedule analysis of current and future work packages. What is on Offer Quick onboarding and start dates. Canberra-based positions.
