Position Overview The primary responsibility of the UKG System Administrator revolves around overseeing the UKG Pro Workforce Management application.
This entails managing the UKG environment, implementing new functionalities, configuring pay, attendance, and leave regulations, coordinating system integration with payroll and other platforms, and developing new reports and data views.
This role serves as an expert in all facets of UKG Pro Workforce Management, aimed at streamlining business processes, enhancing workforce productivity, and optimising day-to-day operations.
Additionally, the role involves resolving technical issues as they arise and managing user security.
Some of the few things you will be focused on Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UKG product suite, identifying opportunities for expansion of solutions and services.
Configure and upkeep business structures, data views, control centre settings, timekeeping mechanisms, user access controls, pay regulations, basic scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
Troubleshoot issues related to time clocks and their configurations.
Produce clear, concise, and well-organised technical documentation to uphold standards and procedures.
Collaborate with leaders and end-users to devise data views and reports aimed at improving productivity.
Serve as the primary liaison between teams.
Experience Prior demonstrated experience in a comparable role.
Proven ability to quickly gain knowledge and skills in an Enterprise system such as UKG and Payroll Metrics or extensive experience in guiding and supporting the configuring of enterprise systems.
Thorough knowledge of standard UKG clock configuration and setups.
Proven ability to gain an understanding of legislative requirements or knowledge of the legislative and regulatory requirements per related business function.
Proven experience in coaching employees in the appropriate use of the system.
