The RoleWe are searching for a talented Business Development Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and seeking opportunities to drive new business.
This role will have direct impact on the commercial success and growth of the organisation.
A positive can-do attitude will be essential in the success of someone in this role.
Based in Bayswater, WA.
Key Responsibilities include: * Identifying opportunities to drive new business and new accounts.
* Establish, manage, and grow relationships with portfolio of existing accounts.
* Manage and follow up on your pipeline of open leads, opportunities, and quotes.
* Regularly engage with key clients through meetings, calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
What we are looking for: * Prior experience in an Account Manager or Business Development Manager role * Driven and hungry for success and propels themselves to meet tough targets.
* Someone who projects confidence, friendliness and positivity.
* Excellent Stakeholder and relationship management skills * Willing to challenge the status quo, to innovate, and look for smarter ways of doing things.
Desirable: * Construction industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
