With a strong culture of dedicated individuals with long track records in the business, they are looking for their next Business Development Manager to come in and really take the business to that next level!

The Role: Reporting into the NSW / ACT / QLD State Manager, you will be required to bring in new business for the company within the allocated territory in order to deliver Sales, Profit and Market Share objectives, customer satisfaction and growth!
This is a  permanent full-time position , based in Sydney ,  commencing immediately with flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Ensure leads and referrals are followed up with clients in a timely fashion.
Present solution-based outcomes on the spot when in front of potential clients.
Conduct mail outs for new customers and introduce customer relationship managers as part of customer onboard.
Maintain and execute high levels of customer service resulting in positive customer reviews.
Maintaining and updating CRM with all activities, deals, customer information and any other detail.
Follow the monthly and quarterly sales and activity plan to meet and exceed targets, targeting accounts as directed.
Participate in sales team events, training, coaching, and developing new team members when required.
About You: Ability to develop new business and have a 'hunter' mentality.
Proven history of Business Development experience of greater than 3 years.
KPI driven attitude outcomes Self-motivated with attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who can sell value.
Team player, being able to work in groups or independently as this role will also require you to work autonomously.
Valid full Australian driver's license.
