About The Opportunity As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop and implement the local business development and relationship management strategyCollaborate with senior management on expanding business and marketing initiativesNurture leads, maintain customer engagement, and represent the company at networking eventsEngage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong connections and referralsOrganize staff meetings, professional development activities, and supervision sessionsStay updated on operational trends, NDIS policy changes, and identify new business opportunitiesLead sales efforts, meet KPIs, and execute marketing strategies to promote the businessConduct company audits for compliance and proactively engage with regulatorsEstablish rapport with potential participants and arrange meetings About You The successful candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management or Support Coordination Passion, knowledge and experience in the NDIS industryTertiary qualifications in Business or MarketingCurrent drivers licence and reliable vehicleFlexibility to travel around Sydney and be available for some interstate travel  You will also have:
High-level communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organisational and time management abilitiesThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What's in it for You?
