About the RoleAs a Senior Business Development Manager at Cedar West, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, developing strong relationships with customers and showcasing how we can add value to their businesses and projects. You'll thrive in a high-expectations culture, working to robust KPIs and sales targets using various methods including inbound calls, web leads, and follow-ups. Your role will also involve processing daily orders, assisting clients through the design phase, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless sales activities. With a focus on excellence, you'll play a key role in driving our continued success and expansion. Travel is required for quarterly visits to the Perth factory operation, to stay updated on our products and maintain a strong team relationship. Key Responsibilities include: * Develop and nurture business relationships with builders and industry contacts within the territory. * Assist in showroom sales, providing face-to-face support by appointment. * Respond to inquiries and provide product expertise. * Educate customers about our product range and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Actively pursue new business opportunities by chasing tenders and generating leads. * Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving results. * Maintain regular contact with both existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business and foster long-term relationships. * Attend sales meetings and training sessions. * Contribute to sales forecasts.
