About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new business and the expansion of existing business across the water and wastewater industry in QLD.
This is an autonomous role where you will be trusted to manage your time and travel requirements in order to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement strategies to build client-centric solutions into exisiting and new accountsVisit clients to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including at C-Suite levelPrepare proposals, respond to tenders and supervise agreementsParticipate in industry events, trade shows and exhibitionsAbout You Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (electrical, automation etc.) OR a proven technical appitude in a similar positionIn-depth understanding of PLC and SCADA systems, IIOT, RTU's, industrial communications, and network designExperience with solution-based sales approachA passion for all things industrial automation, with a keen interest in keeping abreast with the latest developments and products in the market.Full Class C driving license and a willingness to travel
