About the roleAs our new Business Development Associate reporting to the Team Manager Partner Assist, you will be contributing to our vision to be market leaders in the third-party mortgages industry, supporting our brokers through their home loan application journey. You will be providing exceptional service to our brokers, making it easy to do business with us, increasing broker loyalty and advocacy.
You'll get toProvide exceptional support to our brokers via phone, webchat, and email, assisting and advising updates to application status, processes, credit policy, and our internal systems, as well as liaising with internal departments on their behalf to achieve desired outcomes.Contribute to portfolio growth by providing exceptional service and support to brokers throughout the loan lifecycle and lodge updates within service expectations.Bring your keen eye for detail and customer support to achieve individual KPIs and proactively monitor inbound queues to achieve team SLAs.Ensure communication is delivered in line with relationship and service expectations, and meets policy, procedures, and risk appetite requirements, whilst supporting the loan prioritisation process for Brokers, Partners, and PRM/BDM's in line with agreed guidelines.About youTo be successful you will have:
Previous banking experience, including residential lending experience and understanding of credit policy.Knowledge of Third-Party Banking lending systems, products, and credit policy highly desirable.Extensive customer service skills with exposure to call centre environments ideal.Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.Self-motivated and self-sufficient.Strong time management and ability to multi-task.High level of professionalism, ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new platforms and systems easily.So, why work with us?You'll also get access to a great range of benefits, including:
