Business Develop Manager-Construction Equipment Industry(10T Forklift)

Responsibilities • Plan and execute appropriate business strategies to achieve revenue targets among identified strategic/main key accounts with demand for over 1 types of machinery.
•Develop clients in advance for machinery like Reach Stacker,Empty container handler,10T Forklift,STS,RTG,RMG ,MHC  products .
•Working with dealers, customers and consultants (as needed) to identify a pipeline of opportunities and drive execution to meet and exceed growth targets for the region 
•Provide business leadership in the region of the sales team with multicultural backgrounds.
• Lead business development activities and develop new opportunities in existing clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms of engagement.
Basic Qualifications
•3-5 years of progressively responsible job-related experience in sales and marketing in Heavy machinery or related industries.
•Experienced managing sales through dealers and direct sales to customers(BTB).
•Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related major required.
•MBA or equivalent degree highly Preferred.
•Ability to take a global perspective when making decisions.   
•Strategic clarity and Business Acumen.
•Strong customer focus& Problem solving.
