About this role Our growing Private Business Tax & Advisory (Private Advisory) team is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our vibrant, friendly Brisbane office. Business leaders face many challenges throughout the business lifecycle: from managing daily operations, tax andpliance, to navigating apetitive landscape and planning an exit strategy. Key responsibilities This is a 'hands-on' role involving a varied client portfolio and a broad range of activities, including: Work closely with our clients in meeting their accounting and taxpliance requirements, including preparation of financial statements, ie tax returns, BAS, FBT and payroll tax returns Collaboration journey with a broad range of clients, from SMEs to largepanies Assist with accounting and tax advisory work that supports our clients' business Build a foundation of trust andpetency with clients Provide developmental support to team members through coaching and mentoring opportunities as required Skills and experience Qualification(s) and / or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business /merce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s) Havemenced (or planning tomence) a CA qualification Significant professional experience in business and tax advisory within a chartered accounting setting Excellent written and spokenmunication skills, with a desire to go 'above and beyond' to delight your customers Highly organised, with the ability to managepeting priorities within a deadline-driven environment
