We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's team for a key initiative within their Strategic Asset Management project. Our client is a key player in the utilities sector, dedicated to delivering essential services to the community. Your new role
This role will support the development and execution of project plans, delivery initiatives, and processes to establish a strategic asset management team. The focus will be on improving business operations and performance in line with organizational strategies and operational plans.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, analyse, and document business processes, systems, and functional requirements. Recommend improvements to enhance business operations and performance. Manage the development, facilitation, coordination, and communication of initiatives and strategies. Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of outcomes. Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to facilitate change initiatives. Gather, analyse, and translate business data to support informed decision-making. Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, user support material, and presentations. Support the development and implementation of business transition plans and capability uplift. What you'll need to succeed: Proven ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate technical information and data. Experience in producing high-quality business analysis documentation. Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops for discovery and process mapping. Strong autonomous work ethic and ability to manage workload and priorities. Familiarity with business process mapping and process improvement frameworks. Experience in managing business stakeholders. Desirable: Experience within Asset Management or Service Delivery in a utility environment. Compliance:

- Travel to Darwin at least one week per month if not based in Darwin. What you'll get in return: Great opportunity to work in the tropical hub of the Northern Territory.
