About the Role The Australian Standard for Contracting (ASDEFCON) & Contracting Initiatives (ACI) team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the ASDEFCON Digitisation Project.
This high-impact project, aligned with the Industry Development Strategy (DIDS), focuses on revising and simplifying the ASDEFCON suite of contracts through digitisation and modular applications.
Key Responsibilities: Drive best practice in project establishment and managementBuild upon market research to identify software solutions delivering Minimum Viable Capability (MVC)Define software requirements and develop procurement documentationEngage with stakeholders to progress procurement activitiesSupport tender evaluation processesProvide ad-hoc support, including clause matching and process mapping for ASDEFCON template digitisationWhat We're Looking For: Deep understanding of the ASDEFCON template suiteStrong experience in developing, tailoring, and implementing ASDEFCON-based contracts and procurement activitiesExperience in business/systems analysis and defining software requirementsProven ability to solve complex problems through analysis and investigationStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Project Methodologies, User Acceptance Testing, and/or Change Management practicesQualifications in Business Information Systems or similar and/or Business Analysis certificationPersonal Attributes: Diligent, organised, with strong time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilitiesAnalytical and critical thinker with a focus on outcomesAbility to negotiate and influenceApply Now: If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the success of the ASDEFCON Digitisation Project, we'd love to hear from you!
