Operating from 26 offices across 15 countries and managing projects in over 80 locations worldwide, we strive to create sustainable outcomes that benefit our people, clients, and the communities we serve.About the RoleAssist in the continual analysis of financial data and ad-hoc information requests to identify any variances and/or trends to inform business decisions.Provide financial information and support for the tender process.Monitor, analyze and assist with the calculation of standard cost and standard sell rates.Participate in budgeting and forecasting duties, including annual and quarterly planning for business lines, along with the coordination of rolling monthly forecasting.Review and prepare weekly and monthly reports/analysis of AR, WIP, DSO, and Reimbursability.Prepare end-of-month dashboards and cash flow forecasting.Assist project teams to ensure financial profitability and project performance.Liaise with regional business services to ensure accurate processing of transactional accounting/AR/Payroll and timekeeping.About YouAppropriate tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting (CA OR CPA certification would be highly regarded).Demonstrated experience in financial management, including advanced knowledge of business planning, developing costings, formulating and monitoring budgets, and financial reporting, models, and systems.Advanced computer skills (in particular Excel) including the ability to learn/adapt to new systems.Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Effective lateral thinking skills to assist with the development of improved business solutions.Ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.Why Ausenco?We support individual growth and aim to allow you to work in a way that plays to your strengths.
