The role This role will report to the Project Managers for both the Booking and Ticketing (B&T) and the Customer Centric Payments (CCP) projects and will be responsible for determining and providing details of the solution to assist in the implementation of both the new payments environment and the booking and ticketing solution.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Work with the other Business Analysts and Solution and Integration Architects to define the solutions for both projects, this includes Defining new business processes Defining functional requirements Ensuring business expectations are met by the defined solution Being part of the procurement process in defining the suppliers' requirements and evaluating responses. Work with the suppliers, integration teams and Councils system developers to ensure the solution developed and implemented meets the expectations of all stakeholders. Required Skills At least 3 years as a Business Analyst. Experience implementing a SaaS solution in a complex environment. Experience in having worked on multiple complex projects at once. Experience in Booking & Ticketing, Event Management. Required Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills. Experience in working with virtual (and shared) teams. Highly developed written skills (documentation, communications, and presentations). Highly organised with a focus on deliverables and able to work to deadlines as required. Attention to detail. Strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders. Strong emotional intelligence. Ability to perceive, manage, understand, and reason with emotions, as a team member, when working with others and when identifying the needs of disparate stakeholders with sensitivity. Ability to adapt and change approaches, solutions and processes when required. Desirable: Experience in Payments domain and understanding of modern payment offerings.
