The NLC is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst within its Project Management Office team.
This position will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse and assess business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
This position will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating business needs to support the development of new and improved systems, applications, and processes across the NLC.
What You Will Bring: A passion for and experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and CRM Systems.
Your skills in business process modelling and optimization will make you the ideal candidate for this role.
You will have advanced skills in Power BI to cater to complex datasets and the ability to bring insightful reporting and analysis from various systems.
In addition to this, you will have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of four (4) years' experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Proven capabilities in requirements elicitation and documentation as per BABOK 3.0, process engineering/reengineering, process modelling as per the BPMN 2.0 standard, and Business Change Management.
Significant experience in designing, implementing and improving business and financial management solutions.
