The BB Chief Controls Office (CCO) informs, enables, and ensures BB achieves its purpose and strategy by interpreting and ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations, understanding and mitigating risks through structured controls infrastructure and assurance activities, and managing risk governance and reporting frameworks.
The Business Banking BB CCO Cyber Controls team sits within the CCO team and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading access role design, role management, and IT services onboarding onto IAM platforms for BB IT services.
See yourself in the team You will lead the Business Analysis work on the BB access role design and Management as per agreed scope, meeting customer expectations using the Banks Enterprise-wide project management methodology (Group Delivery Framework - GDF), toolset (PPMC and Documents.CBA, PowerBI, Excel) and support processes.
Reporting to the Delivery Manager of management work streams, your excellent communication skills will enable you to maintain and build productive relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders including Executive Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Senior Business Analysts, Operational Risk & Compliance, and system owners.
Responsibilities include: Lead and manage the development of our business requirements and control design for our in-scope activities.Manage all aspects of the project life cycle including scope, initiation, planning, execution, closure, expenditure, benefits realization, and evaluation.Effectively manage relationships and communication with project stakeholders, delivery teams; suppliers and/or third parties. Resolve and manage any conflicts as they arise.Lead the development of mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies and to mitigate key risks, ensuring successful delivery.Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary to identify and define relevant stakeholders.Select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and constant assessment of progress.Gather, organize, and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources.Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and the environment in which they operate.Effectively communicate requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope and actual needs.Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies.Evaluate the effectiveness of project management tools, processes, and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.See yourself in our team?
