About the Role: With proposed legislative changes on the horizon, the Business Analyst will work closely with the Program Director and the Legal Separation team to deliver initiatives that enable the organisation to operate independently while ensuring minimal business disruption.
Key responsibilities include: Developing a Service Catalogue and facilitating its implementation.
Designing business processes and workflows to support new systems.
Coordinating impact assessments and supporting change management activities.
Conducting gap analyses and improving contingency planning.
Producing high-quality artefacts such as service workflows, process maps, and procedures.
Your Skills & Experience We're looking for a Business Analyst who can: Quickly understand new problem domains and apply structured business analysis techniques.
Design end-to-end systems and operational processes effectively.
Plan, organise, and prioritise tasks under dynamic and high-pressure conditions.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to foster alignment and resolve challenges.
Deliver concise, articulate communication in both written and verbal formats.
