We are thrilled to partner with a Government Department in Hobart to find a Business Analysis Lead for a fixed-term 2-year contract.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and have a significant impact on professional business analysis activities within a dynamic environment.About the Role: As the Business Analysis Lead, you will lead a diverse team to engage in and deliver professional business analysis activities.Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design team to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes and configurations.- Collaborating with project leads and managers to identify and advocate for resource priorities.- Developing, managing, and providing input on schedules, resource plans, and registers.- Ensuring improved business outcomes through proactive engagement in information systems, management practices, procedures, and organisational change.- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders, actively supporting organisational and technical change resulting from the project.- Coordinating the preparation and delivery of business analysis and design team activities, ensuring quality and consistent outputs.About you: - Substantial experience leading business analysis functions in both technology and business reform projects.- High-level communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills, coupled with a deep understanding of complex projects with multi-agency implications.- Proven expertise in project management, coupled with a track record in analysing and implementing business process improvements and change management.- Strong written communication skills, showcasing your ability to produce accurate and meaningful documentation.Qualifications and Experience: - Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or commensurate experience.- Previous experience in the delivery and management of design and business analysis functions in business and technology-related projects.Apply Now: If you're ready to embark on this exciting opportunity, send your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and passion for the role.For more information and a confidential conversation, please connect with Twinkle Raja at ****** or call 0439 629 666.
